| OK, It's really a quite simple 2 step process, Here is how it works: Our personalized candles cost $17.00 for 1-3, $16.00 for 4-6, $15.00 for 7-9 of the same fragrance and personalized message. You don’t select the candle fragrance from the candle page; you select the candle fragrance from the drop down menu on the order form below. You fill out the form below, select your candle fragrance, and add a message of up to 50 characters long including numbers, spaces, and punctuation, and we put that on your soy candle beneath our logo IN BLACK INK, matching the text size to the best fit. A sample of the font used is located just above the order form. Once you hit the “Submit” button, you will be taken to a confirmation page where you can click “Add to Cart” underneath the quantity desired to pay for it. Yes, we do ask for your phone number and e-mail address. We will NOT call you unless there is a problem with your order, or if we believe that there is a problem. MAKE SURE your spelling, grammar, and punctuation are what you want because it is going to go onto the label just the way you write it. We respect your privacy, and WILL NOT provide your phone or e-mail information to ANYONE unless required by a court order. Unless you check the box authorizing us to contact you via e-mail, we will NOT use your e-mail address for any other reason than to contact you regarding the order, and confirmation of payment. On the payment page, be sure that the payment information, e-mail address and name match the name and e-mail address listed on the form below so that we may confirm your order. Clicking the “Submit” button and not clicking “Add to Cart” on the confirmation page will result in your customized candle order being cancelled. You must repeat the process for additional orders with different messages, or fragrances. If you have several customized candles to order, Contact us with the fragrances, total quantity, and message and we will send an invoice for payment. Orders of 10 or more will qualify for pricing discounts. |
