Urban Chic Candle & Soap Co. Store Policy

We use PayPal  to process all of our online orders. You DO NOT have to
open a PayPal account in order to pay with a credit card. FireFox users
will see a different screen at check-out, Just go down to where the credit
card emblems are and click "Continue". PayPal securely handles our
transactions, so no personal data is collected by this site regarding your
payment. Please be sure to fill out the shipping information so we know
where to send your order. Your order will be processed once payment has
cleared. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.

SHIPPING

We strive to get your order out quickly, but since all of our products are
hand made, we don't promise next day shipping. We may have to custom
make your candle so they are at their freshest when you receive them, so it
may take a week to ship to you. We will ship via either UPS, or the
United States Postal Service. If you have a preference, please indicate
that in the instructions section of payment page. If you want items
shipped outside of the USA, or other special shipping accommodations,
please
contact us and we will be happy to discuss your needs.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with any of our products, return the un-used portion
to us, along with a description of why you were displeased, and we will
promptly refund to you the
purchase price of the items ordered. No
refunds will be given on heavily used items, or abused items.
